Policies/Procedues

New/first time clients please arrive at least 5-10 minutes early.  This allows time to fill out a new client intake form. Arriving early will allow your therapist to do a brief introduction and will allow you to address your expectations from your session.  It will also ensure that your session time will not be cut short.

Massage On Main Street is a professional establishment and a place for relaxation.  Please be respectful of others while they are in their sessions. Please speak in a low, soft voice and silence cell phones.  All therapists at Massage On Main Street are licensed and insured to ensure the safety and peace of mind for clients.

If you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, we please ask that you give us a 24 hour notice via phone call or email.  Since therapists are Independent Contractors and work by appointment, they do not receive compensation if the appointment is missed.  If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, your therapist may require a cancellation fee.  We send out confirmation email/texts two days prior to your scheduled appointment.  If you realize that your scheduled appointment has conflicted with other plans, please give us a call to reschedule you.

Unfortunately late arrivals do not guarantee an extension to your scheduled appointment.  If the schedule allows, your therapist can make adjustments, but it is not guaranteed.  If you expect that you will be arriving late, please give us a call to let us know and also when you expect to arrive. 

Clients who do not show up will be charged a no show fee to their account to make up for the therapists time.  Since therapists are Independent Contractors and work by appointment, they do not receive compensation if the appointment is missed.  We please ask if something comes up and you cannot make your appointment that you call to reschedule.

We accept cash, check and all major credit cards. (Visa, Mastercard, Discover)

Massage On Main Street follows HIPPA policies.  We will keep confidential records of each session to monitor progress.  Client records will not be released to any third party without written consent from client.

 Massage On Main Street is a professional massage setting, inappropriate behavior will 100% not be tolerated.  Such behavior will result in termination of session, full payment expected, and the client will no longer be able to return to Massage On Main Street.
