Hello everyone! I am a graduate of Cortiva Institute, and a LMT since 2016. I am excited to meet you and to work with you on a plan to improve your overall well-being with the help of massage therapy. The benefits of receiving massage on a regular basis include but not limited to our health and wellness, stress, anxiety, headaches, and an overall balance of mind and body. First and most importantly, everyone needs relief from stress, which we experience far too often. Studies show that massage therapy can be a safe, natural, and an effective tool in managing stress. In my opinion, massage therapy gives one the opportunity to be still, calm, relaxed, and breathe, all which are necessities. I have received additional training in Massage Cupping, Myofacial Release, Hot Stones, Aromatherapy, and Integrative Reflexology. I look forward to working with you!
