Experience Young Living's essential oils like never before. This treatment is an essential oil focused massage geared towards your spine and opening up the space around it. After this treatment you will experience length in your spine and a sense of relief unlike anything before. Techniques are only applied to the feet and spine.

Reiki (ray-kee) is a Japanese technique for a holistic healing system. A reiki practitioner uses intention and gentle hand movements to guide the flow of life force energy through one’s body to reduce tension, pain and anxiety. Reiki helps to promote the recipient's natural healing system by boosting the immune system and working through energetic blockages inside the body. It's a great alternative therapy for those going through treatments which have made the body sensitive/painful to touch.

Each session begins with the guidelines/intention setting. The treatment consists of breath-work, full Reiki body scan, Reiki Healing, Chakra Balancing and Aromatherapy.

 Tuning Fork Therapy is a very gentle, yet powerful modality using vibrational sound waves that treat the body and mind to restore inner balance. It works with the nervous system, the tissues and the more subtle energies of the body. It is deeply relaxing and restoring and can offer long-term benefits
The cells of our body have receptor antennae that pick up on sound frequencies and vibrations. The frequencies from the tuning forks communicate with the cells through these receptors and can actually change cell signaling to help lower inflammation, improve relaxation, and dilate blood vessels to increase blood flow — all of which promote healing.
If your vibration is too high they help lower it 
If your vibration is too low, they help raise it


This method is useful for a wide range of individual needs and is cumulative in its results. While benefits can emerge after only one session, multiple sessions (usually 3-5) can have a profound impact on overall health and wellness. The weighted tuning forks will be activated and then placed on certain acupuncture points throughout your body. Comfortable clothes are recommended.
